Jam Flyer 2013

 

The Jesmond Jam is the annual tournament held at the Jesmond Disc Golf course each year. On July the 6th - 7th 2013 the Newcastle Disc Golf Club and Gateway Disc Sports will be hosting the Jam Packed Weekend. 

 

Schedule:

6th July Saturday: Tombstone Event at Jesmond Park

7th July Sunday: The Jesmond Jam, on the 4 different tournament layouts.

1pm-2pm Rolling start of Tombstone
3:30pm prize presentations
4pm finish

Sunday

9am Rego open
9:30am Players meeting
10am start 
Midday Lunch
1pm Afternoon Round
3pm (finals if required)
3:30 awards and presentation

What is the Tombstone Event? 

The tombstone event is a fun format for disc golf. Everyone gets a set number of shots (depending on experience) at the start of the round to get as far around the course as possible. When you run out of shots, you place your 'tombstone' for all to see and try to beat your mark.

 

 

What is included in entry costs

 

Tombstone:

- Prize pack for the winner

- Other assorted prizes

 

Jesmond Jam:

- Lunch

- Prizes for CTP's on both rounds

- Prizes for each division winner and runners up
