Newcastle Disc Golf
The Newcastle Disc Golf Club successfully applied for a sporting grant from Newcastle City Council in 2010 and installed the course in May 2011. Since establishment there have been a number of events at the course, which is free to the general public and available to play any time.
Beresfield Golf course will be closed for maintenance from 1st September for 3 months. We've emailed registered players with more information - NSW Open will be moving to Rathmines Park

This year’s theme? Mentoring Tournament Directors.

The Jesmond Lamb - Aussie Disc Golf Day
The Jesmond Lamb - Aussie Disc Golf Day is a PDGA-sanctioned disc golf tournament in Newcastle, Australia beginning September 20, 2025 and hosted by Newcastle Disc Golf.
Thanks to everyone that came out to the Jeans for Gene August league day. Through your support we raised over $1000.
Now for the winners. Raw score winner was Chilli with a -11 closely followed by Bryce with a -10. The handicap winner by 0.2 over second was Michael Smith. JJ took out the CTP.
Jen Bailey took out best dressed. The sought after doubles prize of Jeans for Genes hoodies was taken out by Joshua and Jay.
Thanks to those that donated prizes for the raffle, Michael S took home the Bergs bag, Jay took home the mini (everyone wanted) and congratulations to the rest of the winners.
