Newcastle Disc Golf
The Newcastle Disc Golf Club successfully applied for a sporting grant from Newcastle City Council in 2010 and installed the course in May 2011. Since establishment there have been a number of events at the course, which is free to the general public and available to play any time.
Thanks to everyone who came out to the July League day @Koala Park yeatersay. We are calling it a “Chill” or “Hill” day. Taking out raw score and Handicap (??) with 4 pars 12 birdies 1 eagle and an Ace - Mr Chris Kastaplast Hill. Special mention to Gina for the cage hit on 5, Holden for CTP and to all players joining for the first time. See you next month for Amelia’s fundraiser at Jesmond.
After a crazy week of weather, a glow round was just what the Dr ordered. Justin took home the cash in a playoff with Ben after they both finished on -11 under. Everyone had great rounds tonight. Next glow round August 7th.
