Newcastle Disc Golf
The Newcastle Disc Golf Club successfully applied for a sporting grant from Newcastle City Council in 2010 and installed the course in May 2011. Since establishment there have been a number of events at the course, which is free to the general public and available to play any time.
The double act of Ben Homard and Peter Helyer were unstoppable with a 39 shot effort for 18 holes tonight. The nights are warm and the mozzies have mostly been staying away so join us for Thursday doubles at Jesmond.

Eight brave souls ( and one very determined dog) showed up for social doubles!
Since Jordan has been on an absolute heater, we mixed it up and played 18 holes - Blue the Red - just to see if anyone else could snag a win.

A red hot 21 on the gold tees won the day for Josh and Simon at Jesmond Doubles tonight. Keep an eye out for our Koala Ham Christmas doubles coming up first Sunday in December.
Pink disc bros Jordan and Dave took out Jesmond doubles tonight in a tightly fought CTP battle over Peter and Michael I.
Our November league day at Maitland saw some humid conditions and hot rounds from the 26 competitors. Jordan took the CTP and Bryce was both the scratch and handicap winner with a new league day record round of (-12)
