Newcastle Disc Golf
The Newcastle Disc Golf Club successfully applied for a sporting grant from Newcastle City Council in 2010 and installed the course in May 2011. Since establishment there have been a number of events at the course, which is free to the general public and available to play any time.
Koala Park played host for our end of year celebration, thank you to everyone who came to one of our events in 2025 and we hope to see you back again in 2026. Our prize winners today were:

Ben is making it a habit to win the Jesmond doubles after he and Justin took out the playoff over JJ and Sheldon. Other highlights included Justin very nearly aceing hole 6 Red and some nice long throwins from Sheldon and JJ. Hope to see you at Koala Park on Sunday.
The double act of Ben Homard and Peter Helyer were unstoppable with a 39 shot effort for 18 holes tonight. The nights are warm and the mozzies have mostly been staying away so join us for Thursday doubles at Jesmond.

Eight brave souls ( and one very determined dog) showed up for social doubles!
Since Jordan has been on an absolute heater, we mixed it up and played 18 holes - Blue the Red - just to see if anyone else could snag a win.
